Civil Electrical Engineer graduated from the Technical University Federico Santa María, also has a diploma in Free Competition from the Pontificia Catholic University of Chile.
Throughout his career Rafael has worked at National Energy Commission, as Deputy Director of Tolls at the CDEC-SING and up until 2018 performed as Technology and Innovation Manager at National Electric Coordinator.
Civil Electrical Engineer graduated from the Technical University Federico Santa María and received an executive MBA from the University Adolfo Ibañez. Served as Executive Director at CDEC-SING from 2009 to 2016. Between 2016 and 2017 he was responsible for the integration and transformation of the CDEC at the National Electric Coordinator, where he established a historic milestone, the SING-SIC interconnection.
He previously worked for over a decade at the National Energy Commission.
