Civil Electrical Engineer graduated from the Technical university Federico Santa María. During 2019 he did an internship in the Open Access Department of the National Electrical Coordinator, and during 2020 he completed the thesis "Technical impact on distribution networks towards the adoption of electromobility in Chile" with the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) and the Ministry of Energy of Chile.
